摘要:通过食品安全事件案例的展示,引发学生共鸣,激发学生思考并积极参与课堂讨论,引导学生认识食品质量的优劣与企业主体及质量管理者的社会责任感紧密相关,培养学生的职业道德修养。通过著名企业对质量追求的案例,将“诚实守信”、“精益求精”、“求实创新”、“与时俱进”的时代精神融入其中,培养学生的时代精神。通过分析我国食品安全管理学科的发展历程及所取得的辉煌成就,培养学生的民族自豪感。

Case Teaching Design and Implementation of “Ideological and Political Theories Teaching” in the Courseof Food Quality Management
——Take “Quality and Quality Management Concept” Teaching as an Example

Abstract:Based on the food safety incident cases, arouse students′ resonance, stimulate students′ thinking and actively participate in class discussion, guide students to understand that the quality of food is closely related to the social responsibility of enterprise and quality managers, and cultivate students′ professional ethics. Through the case of quality pursuit of famous enterprises, the spirit of the times of "honesty and trustworthiness", “excellence”, “realistic innovation” and “keeping pace with the times” is integrated to cultivate students′ spirit of the times. By analyzing the development process and brilliant achievements of food safety management discipline in China, the national pride of students is cultivated.
